1. What two player skirmish is the most fun to play?

2. What two player skirmish has the most creative rules/outside the box ideas?

I think that is going to depend on who you play with. "Fun" is kind of a messy criteria. I mean for me, the most fun is any scenario on a snow covered Hoth map.

I personally really liked Vaders map, where you could go for objectives outdoors or go all in on controlling the radio and call down airstrikes on the outside.

I've enjoyed the Pit of Carkoon the Jawa alley and most of the HOTE lately. Dengar's map has always been one of my favorites. I remember one (maybe IG) where there is a droid coming closer each turn 2 spaces or something. Lots of great maps, they are not always selected for the competitive side. Allied Smuggler map is different. I think it's hard to remember all the different maps without going back and looking through them. A lot of them would be really interesteing with the new figures to deal with.

Dengar's map or the Hired Guns map Sewers of NaShadaa are probably my favorites as far as fun and interesting.
