Not a talent but Harm has a upgrade to do additional damage equal to medicine rank I believe.

The former is in shadow, assassin, the other is exclusively in doctor. There may be some books that I haven't read yet that might have pressure point.

Pressure Point has limitations as well, even though it is good.

It's been revealed 5hat the interrogator (to appear in Cypher and masks, the AoR spy book) will have pressure point, in Fad it's an inquisitor npc talent.
