Is this a typo or some kind of California variation? Trading out Dash for a couple Green Squadron Pilots?

Pretty sure they're just copying off the Colorado meta
Do we have anything available for the Portland system open? Curious if Blair was able to make the cut with his z swarm.

I've played that list. It's a good list. Speed, good jousting power, Autothrusters, and PS11 Quikcdraw. It's a great suite of capabilities.

Yeah, I faced it at the London regional and thought it was really cool. I hope more people pick it up and do well with it.

5 ghost fenns, three were the standard lothal fenn, two were teched to beat other ghost fenns.
QuoteAlso 11 rebel lists, 5 imps, and not a single scum list.
One of the Judges said it was something like 10% scum in the field, so they weren't likely to make a strong cut showing in the first place
I haven't seen anything on here about the stockholm regional back in January, but I want to highlight a crazy jank list that made it to top 4. It faced a field full of meta staples and its only losses were to the same ghost fenn list (once in swiss and once in top 4). Look at this list, it's nuts. David Sandberg, you're a hero for flying it.
Karsabi sortof makes sense as a budget variant of HLC karsabi - take a TL at range, SLAM in to fire (or focus if slow rolling) and then flee or go to range 1 to reload.
Kath seems a little more sensible, but is missing guidance chips (maybe a mistake by the list uploader)? Still, an imperial Kath scarlet doing well is most impressive. The synergy between harpoon crits, rebel captive and her ability is clear at least.
Zeta leader is just straight-out bats though. I assume that the aim is to engage in combat with focus, evade and predator reroll, but that is hideaously expensive compared to just taking wired. Even wired and comm relay is a little cheaper, and that gives you evade, focus rerolls and then barrel roll or target lock.
I just wish I could have seen some streams of this jank kicking butts.
Lieutenant Karsabi — Alpha-class Star Wing | 24 |

3 of the 5 lost in the top 16. Do we know how many canabalized each other?
From what I heard it had a massive showing overall, so it’s no surprise so many make the cut. Its popular and a top tier option, but it’s also seeing a very large usage rate. I think we are at the point we need deeper data on a lot of these events. Something that said “x amount were brought and y made the cut” for different ship combinations would tell a much clearer story.
One thing I feel I can say pretty confidently though is unless you want to take Asajj and lean into her heavy, you are going to need some next level skill to make the cut with scum at this point. I wager when scum does make the cut, asajj is in 80% or more of those lists.
Im not sure how to best do it, but an overall drop in the power curve is in need if scum isn’t going to depend on asajj (+ new releases) for the foreseeable future.

Grasser and Nuckols got knocked out by mirrors. Feith lost to death Rey. Trainor lost to the defenders.

I didn't see many that didn't make the cut, I know three that didn't make it. I'd guess they were about the 10-15% of the field. It's hard to speculate, but what I will say is that pretty much every good player there that took the list made the cut with it.
Edit: we're at 9/75 were ghost fenn builds so 12% of the field.

Yea that's unfortunate as Asajj is one of the few OP (IMO) scum pilots at the moment. I think I'd put Fenn and Dengar in the same boat, but that's about it. And no OP ships either now that the jump has been nerfed to death, lancer would be the closest candidate but I think it's just very good, not OP.
Imps, and especially Rebels on the other hand have a lot of pilots and ships that are a bit too good for their points currently.
Also I think the issue with scum is most people are taking 2 ships lists, whereas with rebels and imps you see a lot of 3 and 4 ships lists as well. Since so many people start with Asajj as you mentioned, that eats up about half their list, so 4 ship is tough unless you want cheap filler for the other 3. 3 ship is doable but doesn't seem to be that popular as most scum small ships aren't amazing other than TLT y-wings maybe.
I've been running a pretty janky 4 ship scum list for a while now and been having much stronger than expected success with it. I don't know if I found a good combo, or 4 ships just work well in the current meta, or maybe I just got lucky with my matchups, but it's super fun to fly.
This sunday we had a Regional in Perugia, Italy.
I won it with ezra+maul ghost fenn.
The top was:
-Asaji, thweek, kimogila 5-0
-Rey Ors 4-1
-Vader QD Gunboat 4-1
-Ghost Fenn 4-1
-Rey Ors 4-1
-Ghost Fenn 4-1
-3 tie/d Defenders 4-1
-Miranda Nym 3-2
34 People, 15 rebels, 11 imperials, 8 scums.
There were 5 or 6 Ghost Fenn, but also many lists to specifically counter them
