Anyone know if these stack?
In theory you could have 5 Cluster Mines for 8 points, or 10 for 12 points and cover the board (if they stack and you actually have that many bomb templates).
Dropping one a turn with Sabine or even Bane, would be bad news, though funny for anyone who uses Slam.
First line on Silos is...?
They would if the resistance bomber had any torpedo slots or if ordnance silos were not B/SF-17 Bomber only .
It was clear they were designed not to be played together so if you are doing some wired house rule where you can (say future HotAC) you are going to have to make that determination yourself. Besides Silos are a <bomb> upgrade card so all you are doing is taking one bomb and adding 3 tokens to it. EM will just add one more.
