Am I the only one who finds it odd that the starviper Dalan oberos would not benefit from contraband cybernetics, even though the kimogilla version is definitely a cyborg? Is his pilot skill and ability different because the kimogilla pilot has been enhanced, so he's a better pilot, but those same upgrades would not help his pre-enhanced self?
