Personally I'd say to give this a try instead:

Kavil — Y-Wing 24
Predator 3
Twin Laser Turret 6
Unhinged Astromech 1
Ship Total: 34
Fenn Rau — Protectorate Starfighter 28
Push the Limit 3
Autothrusters 2
Concord Dawn Protector 1
Ship Total: 34
Contracted Scout — JumpMaster 5000 25
Predator 3
Intelligence Agent 1
Rigged Cargo Chute 1
Ion Projector 2
Ship Total: 32

Predator/TLT Kavil consistently hits for 2 damage a round, and Unhinged helps to open his dial up, allowing him to kite around with those 3-turns. PTL/Autothrusters Rau will infinitely more survivable that Shield Upgrade. And finally a Bumpmaster+Predator will help to gum up the enemy ships with its use of Intel Agent, Barrel Roll, Rigged Cargo Chute, and Ion Projector while Predator helps its 2 dice (3 at R1) hopefully hit harder.

The only way to know if it works or not though is to do the same thing you have to do with every other list: Practice, practice, practice.

I like your ideas... a lot, but I need that K4 to give target locks out to Kavil. Also, need VI, because my brother loves running high pilot skill imperials (especially TIE FO) so 7 isn't gonna cut it. P.S.- when I play in tournaments i will probably use predator on him, but the fact that I mostly play with my brother... well it explains itself.

In honesty, though, this is pretty much what I would have suggested to change to. Not sure you're getting much mileage out of Predator on Manaroo, though... perhaps Push The Limit could work better? That way, she can get a free target lock with K4, Barrel Roll if needed to get in range to pass tokens, then focus. Now Kavil is stacked with tokens for the round, and Manaroo is just going to do a green next turn ANYWAY for the lock. Why not clear her stress while you're at it?

Don't you like attani in such a type of lost?

If you aren't totally set on your Kavill build, I love Agromech + Deadeye + Scynced. You pretty much always get a shot agiainst something, and with full mods too! You always get shenanigans of some sort (either through having in arc for synced or out of arc with Kavil's ability), and generally its a bit more reliable than TLT and there is never a decision whether to take BTL or not.

Just a suggestion!! Everybody's suggestions seem totally awesome, just throwing another option out there!
