Can't dispute that presently the only way to get one is through the Liberty box, but the artwork is Imperial. If you can find one on eBay, snap him up quick.

Besides, in my experience, buying cards on eBay is the surest way that a FAQ rules that they're useless (Fire-Control Team), or for them to be included into the next tournament kit that comes out after I buy them (TRCs & APTs).

But really, SFOs are efficiency increasers. If you ask about efficiency, then the most efficient option is the most efficient. =)
