Hello,

some characters have specific limitations on how often their action ability can be used (e.g. "Favorced Niece" "...(limit twice per round)". Others have not, like "Sinister Soshi". Is it therefore possible to use its action the action repetitively and on different targets during a conflict (like Sinister Soshi's action "during a conflict, choos a participating character - that character gets -2 military skill and -2 political skill until the end of the conflict")?

Triggered abilities can only be used once a round, unless they specify other limitations.
