Now it's almost like the night never occurred. We still need discussion though (duh) because Toad only has my vote due to him being the only person I know not to be on my side (by his own admission).

'Tis a possibility. Though it's equally probable that the scum weren't allowed a day one kill, like last time, or even that there are no scum.

The last assumes that Vis wasn't told that Toad was scum, either because he is lying, or because he merely gets names of people conspiring against Jabba, and that they are not necessarily scum.
Vis, did Ebon explicitly stay that Toad was of the scum faction?

Yes, my result gives that toad is scum-aligned.
Well that's a bit of a relief.
Two fold, in fact. It confirms the existence of a scum faction, and digs your grave, should Toad come up as anything other than scum, which in turn assures your honesty, more or less, and allows us to focus on others.
Well, right out the gate I think we have a good go for d2! I am happy to go along with Vic with this vote knowing that he is doomed if he turns up not scum. However, I seriously question the logic of a full claim of cop...

Okay, well that does make some sense, as Toad was laying it on a bit thick with the maybe-there-is-no-scum talk. And if Toad flips anything other than scum, then Vis's fate is sealed. I want to hear from Toad, though, obviously. Hopefully he shows soon.

Vis was alluding to the fact that we all, he suspects, bounty hunters. He's already clarified that. Not a great defense on your part.
