I'm a bit back and forth on the series. I think the acting is decent, except maybe the lead but I'm going to write that off to poor writing and first season ST standard like has been mentioned more than the actress who did fine on TWD(/shutter at that shows current state). I take issue with some of the tech, not so much in the visual but the idea that they've some how discovered transwarp a hundred or so years before the Borg use it against us. I do like the heavier war footing they've taken(yay ker blams) and I LOVE Jason Isaac, I look forward to the

Trip into the mirror, I really hope that's a main story line to the series...as long as it's more along the TOS/TNG/Enterprise idea and not DS9(DS9 was my favorite series, but I HATED their mirror universe).
