Hey guys, I'm kinda new with running FFG Organized play and the FLGS I work at wannts to run L5R tourneys. Corvus Belli provides one for Infinity, and WotC has one for MTG, so I was wondering if there is some kind of downloadable/online manager for running events

The official FFG one is called TOME and is available for download somewhere in the byzantine labyrinth that FFG calls a website. It's also prone to crashing and losing data. Obviously, I recommend avoiding it when possible.
The Lotus Pavilion (www.thelotuspavilion.com), on the other hand, is a free web-based program that is as reliable as your Internet is and built on an AGOT client that has never (to my knowledge) crapped out on someone. It also has data from every tournament ever run on the platform available to peruse and it aggregates that data to show some statistics.
Definitely use Lotus Pavilion. They even have a link to a demo website where you can play around with it by making a dummy tournament to test out all the buttons. It's designed for a swiss format which is a great way to do tournys anyways. All you have to do is enter the names of everyone participating, add a new round and it'll randomize all the seats for you. Then you just add the scores, for example if your first table says John vs. Amy and Amy ended up winning without going to time then you would enter the table result as "1-10". 1 Being for John and 10 being for Amy.
If you're confused about the point system you can read the FFG Tournament Regulations for L5R here:
https://images-cdn.fantasyflightgames.com/filer_public/68/61/68616548-a992-4634-aa03-7b8ba800f02f/l5c_tournament_regulations_v101.pdf
They cover the point system, how to do a 1-hour time limit for each round, how to determine a winner if nobody has won by 1 hour, etc...
Do not worry about Strength of Schedule. The Lotus Pavilion automatically calculates everything for you. Once you've entered the results for the first round then you have to add another game round and the system will automatically assign games based on player performance. (Players who won face against each other and players who lost face against each other)
Cryodex is available for Android and now supports L5R. It's simple and it works, and you don't have to worry about having a network connection. Does the points and calculates SoS automatically.

But does not provide data about the global meta-game.

No, it does not, but I input data into BayushiCroy's spreadsheet instead, I feel it has better stats. Lotus Pavilion only tracks tournament placement (winner, runner-up, etc.), no?

Clans played worldwide, player clan usage, player stats. We can even petition to expand the information to splash clan and honorable victories. (Which I am about to do right now)
Thanks for all of the suggestions! Either way it all makes things far easier!
