So the Guardian: Warden has 2 ranks of Fearsome, which is pretty sweet, but with only 2 ranks, that's not a good success rate for people you target with it.

Any other specs that you could cross-class into to add more ranks of Fearsome?

Uh, Aggresor (Warrior) has three ranks in Fearsome.

Also, the Influence Power can be used to cause Fear. Maybe you can convince your GM to somehow let you use the two in tandem? Fearsome requires no Action/Manuever, so if you Engage with your target (Maneuver) and use your Action to use the Power to cause Fear? Each pip upgrades the difficulty maybe? I dunno, no rule for it, but seems reasonable-ish?

If you're looking to go a bit less on the vigilante side and moreso on the underworld side, Enforcer has 3 ranks as well. Quite a nice spec with a couple of unique talents.

Is that the only other spec that has it? Aside from the Warden I've already mentioned?

The source isn't really important to me, I'm just curious if there were enough versions of the talent out there to make the Fear check a feasible tactic in combat or not. If there are 3 ranks in Enf then that's a definite yes, but I would like to know if there are others out there too

I think that's all of them: Aggressor (3 ranks), Enforcer (3 ranks), and Warden (2 ranks). I don't think Fearsome's shown up in AOR.
