Hi got a Q4 store tourny coming up and I am not sure if this is a list worth considering but I will lay it out

The Assault Frigate Ackbar Gunline is an old staple.

Generally through, its only Triple, as it relies on a robust squadron backup. In ages past, that was a mess of YT-2400s, all Rogue.

With only a handful of Zs, you're going to have to rely on speedy maneuver AND very daring play... Because that's a lot of unmodified red dice... Emphasis on unmodified.

Those 35pts squad are points given to your opponent.

As above, try to remove 1 AF2, upgrade the 3 left, and throw some Rogues in there.

It can give something, even If I think that with the waves this kind of fleet lost some efficiency.

Dragsnighta - I have run a 3 AF gunlines lots, was just wondering if a 4 was effective

Dice modification is something that I am acutely aware I am lacking and it is usually something that I need desperately as my dice tend to forsake me (especially reds)

If I drop to 3 AF DTTs? switch up and take some yt2400 alongside the Zs

Are ECM necessary - it is usually the first thing I throw on

I guess I was just looking for something with a little different twist while remaining comfortable for me to fly

Ritual - they are a screen, yes i understand and accept that they are going to die but if they hold up the enemy fighters for a turn or two thats what they are for

There's a reason why we only hear about 3 AF Gunlines as a whole :)

Four just seems to be skewed too far in the ship direction, leaving you vulnerable to Squadrons and overlapping maneuvering.

yeah I hear ya, was just a flyer on something..... may try it but not in a tourny

You realize that you may BCC-reroll only once, right?

Also, the naked AF would need at least a Gunnery team to be effective.
