Greeting Fleet Commanders!
This is our second episode of transitioning iconic Star Wars space battles into a fun Armada format. This time we recreated the Blockade of Ibaaran in Star Wars Rebels Season 2 "Wing of the Master".
Intel Officer Luke commands the blockade led by Agent Kallus, Fulcrum Agent Nick leds the Phoenix Squadron blockade runners.
For those who haven't been following, the way I've set out these 'campaign missions' is to use a system of secret objectives where both players do not know what objectives or what powers the others have like a game of Rebellion. They have a basic understanding of what the other is trying to do but ultimately have no idea and also have their own objectives to achieve. We also kept the units and setup as close as possible to what was featured in the real battle so of course there balancing was always tricky!
Some fun features we put into this game include but not limited:
- Beefing up the Ghost with a command dial mechanic
- Introducing the Prototype B6 (Red Bwing)
- Imperials getting a CommScan ability
We had loads of fun playing and filming this! It ended up being 2 hours long because of all the banter and decision making situations that came out of the "surprises". We are happy for you guys to try it out for yourselves by printing out the cards here:

Let us know what you think and how you guys go if you choose to play it. Remember the key to the fun is secrecy!
Also we are trying to get a Scariff Gate from Mels Miniatures to recreate the Battle of Scariff as the final episode of this series, help us out by donating on our Patreon page!
Anyways, hope you guys enjoy! Please leave a comment of what you thought and any other feedback!
P.S Me and Luke thrive on comments and we love to discuss as promptly as we can. It would really support us if you would just drop a comment in this thread. Just an option if you can't donate!
This is because we do these videos for the love of the game and the community, but when the community shows no interest in our videos then it makes it harder and harder for us to keep posting them here to the FFG forums! Don't worry, we'll always stay loyal to our YouTube Fans!
