It's actually our first glimpse at the T85 X-Wings that are in use by the New Republic, as per the Aftermath series.

I wasn't implying that the mere act of flapping was moronic but that an x-wing doing it would look like a moronic bird. As in, a bird who is also a moron. The alternate sentence structure could have been "Flip this card to open and close your S-foils in the middle of a dog fight like a bird flapping its wings moronically."

Since Rebels do already have a TIE Fighter, it'd be great to see a Lieutenant Kettch pilot card. Just take a standard TIE Fighter and give it Wedge's ability and pilot skill! Also, don't count it as being the same as Wedge (meaning you can use both in the same list), just to heighten the mystery!
