What is the best height for the rubber bumpers people are adding to the small and large X-Wing bases to help prevent slipping? I see many options for 2.2mm and 2.5mm. Would these bases be legal in a regionals tournament?

Can’t answer height, but they would be legal as long as you don’t change the dimensions of the base (its footprint and height off the table).
