Hello sorry, I have a question about the overlapping ships with squadrons.
Regulation says that if the ship overlapping squadrons the second player must place squads affected one by one in contact with the ship overlapping.
This means that if you would have squads enganged with others squads player may place them so that are not more enganged?

Squadrons don't overlap ships.

The player who place the overlapped squadrons is the OTHER player (not the ship owner) not the second player.

Basically yes. If you overlap squadrons your opponent has the chance of breaking engagement or rearrange as he wished.
