(short answer: for licensing reasons FFG can't sell any Imperial Assault on their site)

On the Upcoming page?
They have nothing new coming up and nothing waiting to be reprinted, so existing products should be readily available in stores.

Are existing products not currently available in stores? Other than certain stores I know not wanting to have every sku in stock, I'm not having any problems finding stuff in stock locally or online at reputable retailers.
FFG literally cannot sell IA on their website (Licensing reasons) - only at their headquarters which is an FLGS that stocks games from tons of distributors.
And a brand set just dropped 1 month ago. It's a regular occurrence that there's a little downtime between the new hotness and an announcement for the next thing in IA. The first year and a half of IA was heavy frontloaded and there's no way they're gonna keep up that pace (nor do we need or necessarily want them to). But if we go 3-4 months without an announcement we might start wondering.

I've had an issue finding the Jawa Scavenger villain pack. MM and CSI had it listed as out of stock and my FLGS showed it as on back order the past several months. Ordered one off ebay for slightly over MSRP and seller cancelled my order as he did not have it in stock. Ended up buying from a seller in the UK for even slightly more over MSRP.
I blame a1bert for constantly extolling the virtues of the E Jawa as an open group.

Also blame the people buying 3 or 4 packs just to paint them! I have said that one is enough for the campaign!

Fair enough. The jawa makes sense as being one that would be hard to know how many to print per se for the company. Being a single fig but super cheap it's hard to know how many multiples people might buy

I’m confused. Isn’t that what I said?

Exactly. I was not using it to refute your claim. Honestly, it's the exception to the rule.
I do believe there are other packs out there that seem to rotate between being "In stock" and "Out of stock" but the only example I can actually remember seeing on FFGs Upcoming page as a reprint was Boba Fett. He seems like the one that usually ends up in reprint status while the rest just seem like they just await restock from the distributor when places don't have them available.

Lol, now that you say that I see how I read it next to the quote you quoted and thought you were arguing they should be available but don't seem to be haha. My bad
Move along. Move along.
