Nah, Maul was from a retailer product sheet description mentioning 'Maul' by name.
And though unlikely anything but blue, we don't technically have any info on his color. For all we know he's Yellow with the same blue upgrades clause as Ezra.

Seeing that Maul was born at Dathimir and has used the force his whole existence thereafter I can't imagine a yellow Maul tbh.
Based on his known die faces, and the fact that it’s old man Yoda and not young sprightly Yoda, I imagine he’ll be Rare rather than Legendary. Unless his Special is amazing.
The one that was leaked today that I’m excited about is Saw Gerrera. I hope he’s both amazing and thematic: like he can take Yellow Villain stuff, or can only be paired with Neutral characters! Sure, he’d be about as useless as Finn, but dat theme...

kinda hard to tell if its old hermit yoda or master of the council yoda. Given the disrupt, focus, and special on his die i hope hes the supporty old hermit because that means only 2 faces are damage (no character should have no blanks).
Gotta remember the dude is hundreds of years old. The ... what 25ish years between Episode3 and the Trilogy is nothing to him.
I'd be super surprised if it were original trilogy Yoda and he had ANY damage sides

Oh yeah if its the hermit yoda he wouldnt have any damage sides.
He'd have several focuses disrupts and discards. "Control, control, you must learn control!"
Not sure what his special could be though. Everything i can think of is more in line with prequel yoda or kinda useless lol
My guess on his die is likely 1 focus, 2 focus, disrupt, resource and special..... or how AWESOME would it be if he had 2 special sides, or even better... 2 focus, 2 focus, 1 disrupt.....
if we're going by theme, Yoda special would probably involve your typical hero blue stuff of shield/draw/control
perhaps playing a blue event/support for free, possibly with ambush

And I’m guessing he’s still legendary, just because FFG can. He will likely be one of the most useful support characters ever, similar to Maz Kanata.

The theme of the villains being unable to blank is dice is strong though. That’s pretty nice.

I could see that for a Yoda from the Clone Wars (or Episode II or III). I’m not surprised that Dagobah Yoda (who never saw touch a saber) is more support/mentor oriented.

We never were going to because he'd be very underpowered
At least going by how Palp handed his *** to him in ep 3

I lovethos yoda. Both thematically (he's a beefed up Force Training - thats literally what he does, he trains Luke) and as cheap hero blue support.
