I would go for a petra squirrel (rogue trader-1987). However I think I will stick with what I we have in the story so far... a Jokaero ape. The Arch-Militant of the group has a Fenrisian wolf (given to him as a puppy by a Kraken hunting spacewolf in exchange for them driving close to the Kraken and launcing him into space)....he keeps asking me for stats.

Modify a Sabre-Wolf. Just make it bigger and more aggressive.

Maybe give it's bite attack tearing as some sort of 'savage' representation? It would still be primitive, but it'd keep the average damage up.

And then when it's older you start replacing its teeth with mono-edged artificial fangs.

And then , when it's finally too old to stand by its master, you scoop its brain out and house it in a new cybernetic body [cue IH rules for psybonded cyber creatures].
