Isn't it ironic how people believe someone "broke their NDA" with no proof, but believe a SSD is unlikely? Even if the same person says the same thing?

1) A play tester broke NDA to tell him about it, positive or negative - (Or subsequently, he broke it by telling us if he is privy to that information)
Or
2) He is lying, because no one told him.
