Can Giver of Gifts move Tattooed Wanderer from one of your characters to another? I'm thinking no.

I know Tattooed Wanderer can be equipped as an attachement, however, Giver of Gifts only moves attachements (not cards attached to your characters) and Tattooed Wanderer is not an attachement card type.

Where can I find something to support that? I had originally played it that way but was told differently and it seemed to make sense that it could be no.
