I've asked about the pronunciation of a few names and terms in separate threads, but I figured it might help to have a single thread for pronunciation help.

My latest question: Ravenor

In my head, I pronounce it RAV-en-or, with a short a as in ravenous or radical .

Our GM pronounces is RAVE-en-or, with a long a as in raven .

Thoughts? Anyone hear how Dan Abnett pronounces it?

I've always said it Rav-en-or, though I haven't heard anything official.

I've asked the 100 person university RP society I play with, and all of them that know of 40k (about 70 of them) all said Rav-en-or, like "ravenous".

i agree with everyone, i think of it as rav-en-or
