L5R Deck Box
Cards yes, but tokens, not a chance.
That's what I was afraid of. Thanks for the reply
It doss actually. But the tab that closes the token pinches the token when closed. I wouldn’t reccomend it.
Looks pretty cheaply made as well.
We used these in my area for old5r. They were good for old5rk, the token storage is small. FFG has more tokens and extra things that this box will not fit all in one little package.
If you can find one of these, they are amazing. Dragons Egg.
I dont know if they are still made or not, a quick google search did not find anything. Holds all tokens, cards, accessories. Holds it all very well and is very durable.
These guy shave some cool wooden boxes. The Ancient Scroll design seems L5Rish enough.

When you're a Scorpion...all your tokens PINCH
I am using a MtG Conspiracy deck box. Holds my tokens, dials, Conflict and Dynasty deck.
Thanks for all the answers and suggestions. That dragon egg box looks nice, Ill look for it.
I use the Ultra Pro - Pro Tower series of boxes (not the Satin Tower series although I do have one of those and they are okay). The Pro Towers have enough space for 2 full decks and a fairly large removable tray for tokens. Then on the door they have another pocket that can fit more cards. In other games I use that for a side board. For Conquest I used it for the token mini cards. For L5R I use it for the provinces, role card, stronghold etc. They aren't the most stylish box, but at USD 15 bucks they are pretty convenient and durable for the price.
Edited by phillosThere are really some nice storage solutions that I'd never seen (haven't played any card games - CCG or LCG - for years). Anybody has similar nice suggestions for game storage? Don't wanna use a binder for all those unused clans and the inlays I found that could work (like for GoT) don't appeal to me. Since I plan to be in this for the long term, I'm looking for something a little bit more deluxe than cardboard or foam inserts for the original box, but I haven't found anything yet.
I HAD (well, still have, but I'm not using it, and you'll see why soon) one of THESE...
... until I dropped it leaving my buddy's house one day and the whole thing popped open, scattering my cards and tokens all over his lawn at 2 AM.
So, NOW, I've ordered one of THESE , along with an extra middle section, and we'll see how well it performs. It'll be able to hold two full decks and plenty of tokens.
Yeah the top one is the Ultra Pro Satin Tower. It's fine but stuff like that can and will happen. It just snaps together. There are no locks on it. I wouldn't recommend it.
I have many of the Ultra Pro Tower deck boxes. I love them and would highly recommend them.
