Someone posted the actual handwritten deck list. It lists 41 cards in the conflict deck and lists "For Rokugan" last, so it was likely a joke on Benies' part.

I am very disappointed in everyone. Janice works really hard, she is an asset to the Accounts Department! She only writes the website articles after an HR mix up changed her job title from "Accounts Payable" to "Accounts Playable" and she is too darn polite for her own good to correct them. They have enough on their plate you know with all this retraining what with everyone calling them daimyo and sama all of a sudden.
