Your favorite Force power

What kind of sauce would you want on that? :P

Its an open menu but I recommend the Extra Spicy BBQ ;)

Another Force Power that I like which was seen in the movies is Misdirect, Obiwan used it against Tag and Bink in New Hope {those two stormtroopers by the tractor beam controls} then again its also Mind Trick, and apparently only works on soldiers who WANT to do what is suggested in the first place

Surprised I'm the first one to say Heal/Harm. Unlike many other force powers, you need a specific sort of build to make the most of it (high int, ranks in medicine), but if you have that and invest in the power, you can heal a small group of people far better than a stim pack or medicine check (and it will also heal strain if you've bought that upgrade) or will deal bunch of damage to a group ignoring soak.

My second favorite power would be sense, followed by enhance.

Bravo, Absol - you put that all better than I could in a million years. There's quite a bit of difference between "I project my emotions into energy" Lightning and "I channel my hatred and utter vileness into power" Lightning. The latter is something a light-sider won't do if he wants to remain lightsided, the former is quite possible for them. Especially since light-siders aren't necessarily Jedi and thus might just give in to their emotions more often, being far less aware of the danger it poses... Or even knowing it and just taking the risk.

Not necessarily as it applies to F&D, but if Jedi Outcast taught me anything, it's that force leap + force pull = hilarious application of gravity as your weapon.

My personal favorite is force sight. It made for a fun power to give my Executioner sniper. I could see through a door and tell a party member through the comm to kick it open and duck!

Why not shoot through the door?

Picked up Influence as my first Force power and loved it ever since. I use it every session. On PCs, NPCs, enemies, friends and random passers-by.

I used it on a crazy guy and went insane myself once :D well..... more insane.

You know... I hadnt considered that.... Next time!!!

I had to really think about this one.

1.) Protect/Unleash - Prevent damage from even getting close, on me and all my friends, yes please,

2.) Suppress - So freaking handy against force users, and super low buy costs.

3.) Manipulate - Particularly the +FD to mechanic checks control upgrade

Ebb/Flow (particularly Flow) for being usable with just about every action you do no matter what type of character you are playing.

I just built an ascetic with Ebb/Flow as his first force power. I have a feeling my GM will become annoyed with him pairing Flow with Intense Focus.

Just point out that the Ascetic gets virtually no other active abilities or skills. Intense Focus is what allows you to do something other than simply survive as a low level Ascetic.

It's worse than you know, as I built this guy to be a generalist, so he is basically good at nothing. But maybe he will be acceptable at many things.
