My Google-Fu has failed me. I have heard this card mentioned in many threads but have not yet successfully found a spoiler or the card text to know what it does. Can someone help with a link or post the exact text?

Void province, void role only, strenght 8

While resolving conflicts at this province, each character counts its combined mil and pol skill.

It's muff cabbage.

Void province with 8 health but every character contributes both political and military stats when resolving conflicts.

Good for balanced clans, bad for imbalanced ones, but it does havev8 health so that's something.

Kind of like that. Totally would run that in my Lion Deck.

Isn't this still a playtest leak?

While it counts both skill values, keep in mind any debuffs that affect both skills effectively have a doubled effect. For example, Fiery Madness is -2/-2, normally that's only -2 applicable to the conflict, but with MaT it becomes a -4 to the character.
