The Rebels have chosen Hostile Negotiations as the next story mission, and I have a few questions about it before we start.

1. "When a figure carrying a 3 or more damage, that figure drops the spice barrel in his space"

Does that mean 3 or more damage in a single attack? Or just 3+ damage after picking up the spice barrel? If it's the second, how have you tracked that?

2. "During his activation, while on or adjacent to a stockpile, a figure may drop a spice barrel on that stockpile"

So, the barrels are just being "stored" on those spaces. Does that mean that a figure could also take a barrel off of an enemy stockpile?

Suffers = at a single moment, usually step 7 of an attack. (Multiple Cleave and Blast abilities do not actually combine. They are resolved separately.)

Yes, barrels can be retrieved from each stockpile.
