So I ran into a bit of an item that I am not sure I handled it properly.

So Agenda 1a ended, I flipped it and followed the rules, taking the HH out of the void and putting it back in play.

Now I noticed Agenda 1a and 2a both had a forced item on it that you add a resource to the HH when it comes out of the void.

That being said, the HH is spawned when 1b is active, which would mean that forced action is not in effect and the HH does not gain a resource.

I guess my question is when you advance to the flip side of the agenda, are any affects on the front of the card or next card in effect?

Only 1 side of an agenda (or act) is active at the same time. So when you're resolving the text on the B side, the text on the A side in inactive (and the text on the A side of the next one is also inactive).
