Module for a one-shot?

By Falconer2, in Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game 30th Anniversary Edition

Can anyone recommend a great module for a one-shot? Preferably not something that feels too “beginnerey” but rather hits all the epic notes.

Battle for the Golden Sun is tough for beginners but is also a great module.

Starfall has a difficult buy in for players but is a fun module.

Agree with all of the above. Nearly 30 years later, I remember Graveyard of Alderaan, Otherspace, and Riders of the Maelstrom being pretty fun as well (as a GM with a party of 3). Graveyard especially since it involves moments from ANH and features Luke, Han, and Leia.

Once you get your party going one adventure i got good mileage out of is domain of evil. It is a little more advanced but makes for some good dialogue and lets the players really act it out. Especially if they can convince the gm and the failed/dark Jedi to turn...ie if you're looking for a teacher:)

Thanks for the replies, guys. I’m going to try Starfall. Very exciting!
