Raging Rebels

How would you spend the last 4 points? My go-to for mod Norra is Engine Upgrade, but I don’t think I’ll use it as much without PtL.

Raging Rebels (96)

•Norra Wexley (33) - ARC-170
Rage (1), Inspiring Recruit (1), •BB-8 (2)

•Keyan Farlander (32) - B-Wing
Rage (1), Collision Detector (0), B-Wing/E2 (1), Inspiring Recruit (1)

•Ezra Bridger (31) - Attack Shuttle
Rage (1), Twin Laser Turret (6), Inspiring Recruit (1), Stealth Device (3)

Norra doesnt need rage, she needs a target lock. Maybe Nien Nunb in the T70 instead for a raging rebel?

Nien w/ rage, r3a2,pattern analyzers,autothruster,black one

I totally blew it on Norra. I’m so used to flying her with PtL, I forgot she won’t get more actions. I don’t normally miss things like that in my builds. I could put Experimental Interface on Norra to Rage and Target Lock, but that leaves her with too much stress.

I’ve used Nien with other stressful EPT’s. Thanks for the tip.

I'm not sure Keyan needs IR. If he's able to get a shot, he can clear one of the stress that way, and if he doesn't clear both, he still has a "focus" to use next turn. To that end, upgrading that IR to Kanan Jarrus would be strong. Opening up a white move on one ship a round would be sweet.

EI on Norra could be ok, if you use the Inspiring Recruit on Kyle to clear that stress. To that end, against Stress mechanics, you'll probably need to skip rage on a few ships, but you'll be able to put all your recruits to work clearing multiple extra stress off one person.

I understand the Stealth Device on Ezra, it just seems so painful to spend those points there.

A friend of mine runs raging wookiees. They're scary AF. 180 arcs with full mods, plus rather tanky with no good first target.

Rage, IR, Kyle on Wullffwarro, for a giant stack of focus.

Rage, IR, IR, Experimental Interface on Lowhhrick, to still Reinforce too.

Rage, IR, Jan Ors on a Liberator, so one of Wullff's many focus can be an evade.

Why not just switch to a standard PTL Norra? Its not as thematic as having them all raging, but its still a very strong, offensive build.

Also, those triple raging wookiees...just...holy $#!+

...and he only cleans stress with green maneuvers... it doesn't seem playable.

It's a lot tougher on the table than it looks on paper. 3 dice with full rerolls and focus on every attack, with those wide 180 arcs which can be a lot harder to escape than you'd think they are, particularly as space emerges between the tucks.
