So... I put this together, and again, it just feels /evil/. One of those "Why won't you JUST DIE!?" kind of things. With shots coming in from multiple angles, and each one with a new and interesting way to hurt you. As I once heard an old Air Force sgt say: "They didn't know whether to scratch their watches or wind their butts."

Anything that's blatantly bad about it? I have a good feeling about it.

Intensity works best on 2 kinds of ships:

1 - Ships that don’t spend their tokens. (Poe)

2 - Ships that get more tokens than they need. (Jake)

Intensity is OK on ships that can store tokens, such as with Rey crew or Comm Relay.

Fenn Rau is none of these. The first time he spends a focus token with Intensity Exhausted, you better be sure he won’t need Intensity again the next round. Then you’ll need a round without spending Fenn’s only focus token to get Intensity back. Are you comfortable spending 2 points on an EPT that you likely will get only 1 use from?

I don't know if the M3's will pull as much of their weight as you might want. I'm not personally convinced that they will be able to modify enough dice, especially when they need to modify both offense and defense to really survive.

Very good points. I'll give it a look, modify some stuff, do some playtesting, and see what comes up.
