Will the bullseye firing arc bring a resurgence to opportunist or is that for still too expensive?

They don't help each other.

The Bullseye arc stops a ship using their focus and evade tokens. But they still have them, so Opportunist doesn't kick in.

It doesn't work on Torani either as he removes a ship's token (if they pick that option) AFTER you perform an attack. So you'd have to have other ships at a lower PS with Opportunist. Which would then make them rather expensive.
