This could work really well as an asteroid obstacle. Great work as always Mel, Now we just need a scaled down YT-1300 to to escape it's jaws!

I browsed Mel's shop 2 days ago and found this beautiful sculpture. It went right on my wishlist as well
I would also know about the inside structure. I doubt it would be a solid slab of material.

It appears to be hollow. If you use the 3D option, you can look at the bottom.

FYI, for me, Chrome does not allow you to view the 3D option. Internet Explorer does. Have not tried on Firefox.

Yet another reason chrome gets on my nerves.
But yeah, that model is glorious! It went directly int my cart!
FYI, chrome does let me remain logged in, thus allowing me to put things in or take some out over a course of weeks or even months until I have an order I am willing to pull the trigger on.

While I agree about scale and shapeways I would say based on the tab design they are meant to go on Squadron pegs. Cool indeed.

Both! They are meant for Armada squadron stands, but they are also 1/270 like X-Wing miniatures.
