I've flown him a few times and think he might be the best bang for the buck pilot in the Starviper, especially with the titles. The Starviper mk 2 title already does crazy things with positioning, but being able to do a T-Roll on just about any maneuver you dial in is awesome. Throw on advanced sensors and you can end up facing any direction you want on any given turn.

Problem is, as usual for Starvipers, missing Dice Modification. Thats why i still think Guri is by far the best Starviper, as she gets a free focus now and then.

AS allows some pseudo phantom shenanigans which can be pretty interesting

I am switching between VI for better dodging and Predator for mods. Cannot decide which is better...

He's ok, it's just really hard to do anything without mods anymore. Rolling naked dice is a sure fire way to a loss. I think Thweek and Guri are the standouts.

I was thinking adv sensors, wired, autothrusters. Offense defense mods, with all those tallons.

I pair my Dalan with a scout + intelligence agent - I can advanced sensor boost/barrel roll to put guns on anyone of lower PS, and do my best to block higher PS.
