Watching Revenge of the Sith last night, I found myself wising FFG would do something set in the prequel, Clone Wars era. Flame away.

I for one would love a to see a clone wars supplement. Hopefully an era book will come out.

Absolutely. I would love to have the stats for all those war droids & warships the Seperatists used in one place. One game that I desperately want to play a character for in the near or distant future revolves around an entrepreneur and his band of friends & hirelings salvaging Seperatist assets in the months following the end of the Clone Wars, so a Clone Wars sourcebook would be immensely useful for that.

Well its pretty easy to refluff a lot of adventures into the Clone Wars era, especially stuff like Friends Like These. Also with the new Dawn of Rebellion book they have a specialist career/specialization solely for Clone troopers.

Even if they don't make a full game out of it (since the careers already fit into that era), I'd still like them to make a book chock-full of Clone Wars species, weapons, vehicles, and planets. The only problem I can see with doing a game in that era is that the vast majority of the combatants were droids, Human clones, and Jedi. So you're kinda screwed if you want to play a non-Human who isn't a Jedi. However, I suppose it would be easy to justify a special team of non-Clones.

PCs are iconoclasts. So its easiy.

There were other armies involved in the war albeit smaller. The Gungan army for example was used to help free the Moncals and Quarren. There were also places that the republic couldn't send troops but were still resisting the separatists (there were some episodes towards the end of TCW showing this)

Also there have been specialists and command personal etc. Clones made up the bulk of the soldiers but the galaxy is a large place and there is always room for more.
