I've yet; to fly my Upsilon; i've not found a list i like the look of. this has tickled my fancy.
The Upsilon consistently gives 4 hits. It's well worth it.
For the upsilon, when you have two focus tokens, would you be able to spend both to turn focus rolls to hits and a blank to a hit?
What is the point of using RHOs without an EPT? Is PS 4 instead of 2 worth 3 points? You could have 2 NUs with HLCs in place of the Manglers.

There isn't any. At least you can give the Rho's Trick shot or Adaptability.

Yes. Or two blanks. Or any other combination like that.
I can replace the Tracers with Crack Shot or something...
Or bring the Rhos to Nus with HLC...

Two blanks will not work unless you have two copies of weapons guidance.
