So we are about to hit the biggest tournament of the year and while all other FFG card games received FAQs with major updates/changes .... We are still waiting?
Are there no plans to receive a FAQ?
Doesn't matter if the game came out 2-3 months ago .... there have been tons of Developer rulings ( and some community "understandings") that need to be properly documented .... :\ The game needs it
2 Days to Worlds and still no FAQ?
Please also make a post about it on facebook, cardgamedb, reddit, and boardgamegeek. The community needs to know!
Seriously tho, if you want to do something productive rather than just stir the pot, write to the devs.

Considering how essential OP has been for previous L5R and how essential it needs to be for New L5R ... I'm mind boggled why nothing is out yet >_>
Weird... thought by the title this was a thread started last week, but it was just created. Definitely need to get information spread more effectively, if players think Worlds are 10 days away and they're actually only 2 days away.

I guess it's bad for players but even worse for the judges. Meaning ffg hurts itself more than it hurts a contestant.

No worries. They will at least have the experts onsite, and I think a lot of the serious players have been using the unofficial FAQ and Discord to follow rulings info.
You probably found the release date for the first imperial cycle pack.

The real problem is that we're going to be arguing with people and not being able to cite anything. I'm hoping that they release the FAQ by day three of the tournament. I'll still be able to print a copy before I play, because I'm staying at my cousin's house and he has a printer. It's those that have to begin traveling before the day of the tournament that are hindered by this.
