That makes absolutely no sense. You scanned the person. They have no idea they were scanned unless your role was not fully revealed. So why would they claim?

You are effectively asking for a mass claim, at which point you can go 'Yeah, I scanned x', and we'll have no way to verify that. Declare your target now, and then we'll think about it.

I am getting very suspicious of you Pod. You demand the protection of one guard, are still voting for the other, and refuse to say whom you scanned last night, when that would either confirm a townie or a scum!

I’d like to know who you jailed last night as well, Vis.

Pod, theres no reason to be cryptic about whose flavour you scanned, unless you are relying on everyone reading it and saying “oh not me” and asking no more questions. Tell us who it was, so that person can corroborate their flavor text.

That person should realise Im talking about them and leap to my defence in theory, confirming myrole, either that or I will have to leave more breadcrumbs =)

Meantime, Vis either lied about being a jailor, told truth and likely blocked a killer, or about to tell us a sweet little lie to lynch an innocent.

Option B is take Vis story out the equation and i scan him tonight. I think if you blocked someone in a seven player game and their was no NK you would likely mention that in one of you first posts? What reason would you have not to reveal that info already and give town a good chance of a scum lynch?

Yeah, but there are a few issues in the long term with that. First of all I am a protective role despite the blocking, so openly announcing it is not of the best ideas. Also, when we came in the day, I was actually thinking that the kill might not have happened because of my protect, I had not remembered it could block kills.

Btw, atm I’m leaning towards lynching Cal. Given the number of claims, at this point I think it most likely that he got the mafia faction kill was roleblocked.

All it says in my PM is that if the person I guard at night is targeted I die in their place, it says nothing about what happens if I guard scum
