Trying to play my first game (and I'm playing in worlds in less than a week, yikes!) and just wondering if you can still use actions/abilities on bowed cards.

You bet! Unless the action requires the card to bow as part of it's cost, then you would not be able to use the action if it is already bowed.

Probably one of the biggest changes from ol5r.

Eh, opinions may vary on that point. I really hate the change.

I like it as it makes bowing less impactfull so less powerful. The fate rules do the same for character removal making sacrifice decks far more possible..
