Is there an official form we need to use for deck lists for winter court? Or can we print out our own? I'd like to fill one out ahead of time so I'm doing it the day of the tournament.

I know folks are probably traveling, but I'd say if there isn't one posted on the product page by end of day tomorrow, you may as well print one up of your own as a backup. They'll probably have an official-ish form to hand out when you get there, but better safe than scrambling last minute to put one together.
