Seriously, I couldn't. All sold out or don't ship from the states to Canada. And absurd shippin costs amount to half the price of the tfa core. Might as well bute the bullet double down at that price

I ended up having to buy another TFA core set a few weeks back, on the day of tournament. Price paid for leaving damage deck at home.

Immediately re-sold on ebay for full retail, since nothing else was touched.

Surely Shirley, you could have bought one from a fellow player that had an extra deck?

At the Australian Nationals today, I literally lost two games in swiss because I ran the old damage deck. I refuse to buy a new one on principle.

Huh!? If you don't want to give FFG the money, buy it second hand from someone else for a few bucks. I have at least 3 sets of each, but shipping to you would likely defeat the purpose of saving money in buying used.

The original core was just reprinted and shipped. it's sitting on shelves in stores right now.

I don't know! a couple of guys in my group have just bought them. I'll see if I can find out. pretty sure it had old biggs in it.

My experience has been most players have not purchased multiple TFA cores while many folks have multiple OG core sets.

oh, wait. Yes, yes they are good. TFA core sucks. I vote rocks and damage deck to be included in HotR (BB-8 too!) and Epsilon shuttle boxes.

That’s surprising with all the Targets liquidating their stock last year. I mean TFA cores could be had for $12. I nearly bought a third. I have also seen them at overstock outlets pretty cheap.
