I'm sure lots of people were happy that the IG fix brought him into relevance with his scum only skirmish upgrade. Many are talking about a Boba Fett fix. I hope they don't make it scum only. He would lose work with the Empire. This is unfair as a man needs to eat.
Don't make Boba Fett fix scum only!
Yeah, he needs to salvage his rep with Vader and prove he can do work without disintegrations.
Please make his fix as awesome as the Bounty Hunter version of him from Star Wars Minis.

Insta-kill if he rolls a natural 20. ![]()
EDIT: Fun side note
Jar Jar's Bombad Gungan ability in this game could make Boba Fett Disintegrate himself lol

Similar to Boba, I was thinking when Lando was released that he would be a dual aligned figure.
Lando being Rebel/Merc?
That makes some sense.
I don't get why some people want to see an Imperial Lando. He wasn't an Imperial. He was just given a tough choice: Sell out Han and Co, or sell out the lives of the thousands of citizens in this city you're responsible for. Easy pick. As soon as he saw the Empire had no intention of actually leaving his people alone he also went back on the deal and tried to save Han.
Lando is a good dood.
Is the consensus with Boba Fett is that he just needs to punch a little harder?
I've got a feeling if he gets a fix, it'll remove Battle Presence and replace it with a new more useful ability. And possible give him a built in Damage or a built in Surge maybe.
I'd like to see Boba cost 2 less points, with a reroll, and innate +1 damage or more surge for damage effects. Or maybe a surge that he can trigger multiple times for damage.
EDIT- and like similar costed figures- some form of a 2nd attack

Yeah I think so. The problem with any fix to make him hit harder is that his defense is ridiculous. It's so hard to put decent damage onto him without command cards or being focused(or power tokens now)
I think it would be nice for him to stay a defensive powerhouse since IG-88 already has amazing offensive potential. Either way though he still needs a fix.
I'd also like him to be able to pick two of the three Battle Discipline effects as opposed to one.

I find it funny whenever I use him. He honestly is not that bad. He's quite a beast. However, other players always feel the need to point out that he's 13pt for "only 1 attack". It's like we're getting used to figures having two attacks like IG, Vader, Han or Luke to the point that a beast like Boba is considered not good enough.
I think a small buff, and a point drop is fine. I'm not so high on this two attack thing, but at least it's cross faction ![]()

I agree. Why he's not a merc is beyond me. Smoothest pimp in the galaxy.
in my experience playing with Boba, most players tend to just ignore him since he's so hard to kill. If you're on a mission where your opponent cant claim 13 points through objectives, then they sometimes have to kill him, which can be a real chore.
They should also give him more traits like the vehicle trait because of his jet pack.

A 12 movement Overrun would be straight disgusting ![]()

How about:
-3 Points
Lose: +1 Block
Lose: Battle Presence
Gain: Professional (while attacking you may reroll 1 attack die)
Gain: Priority Target (figures do not block line of sight for your attacks)
Gain: "When you declare an attack, apply all 3 abilities from Battle Discipline, instead of choosing 1"
Gain: Captain Terro's Flamethrower ability, but it doesn't cost an action and does 1 additional damage.

After taking several stabs at a Skirmish Upgrade-like fix, I'm of the opinion that Boba needs a full-on rework. Battle Discipline restricts both of his deployment and command cards. Plus, I think Boba's abilities should mirror those we see in other media.
Here's the latest version of Boba from my overcost document:
QuoteUnique Elite Deployment Card
Boba Fett - Relentless Hunter (Cost: 12)
Health: 12, Speed: 6, Defense: Black, Attack: Ranged, Blue/Green/Green
Abilities: +1 EVADE, Pierce 1, Mobile | SURGE: +2 Accuracy, +2 DMG | SURGE: -1 DODGE
While attacking, you may reroll one of your attack dice.
=> Flamethrower - Choose a space within 2 spaces. Figures other than you on or adjacent to this space suffer 1 DMG, 1 STRAIN and become Weakened.
=> Wrist Rocket - A hostile figure within 4 spaces suffers 2 DMG. If it is a small figure, you may push it 1 space.
=> Wrist Cable - An adjacent hostile figure loses all Beneficial conditions and becomes Stunned.
Mandalorian Arsenal: Once during your activation, if you do not have a Skirmish Attachment, you may perform Flamethrower, Wrist Rocket or Wrist Cable without spending an action
Command Card
Death From Above (Boba Fett only)
Cost: 2
Use during your activation to perform an attack without using an action. For this and subsequent attacks you make during this activation, figures do not block line-of-sight.
Whatever they do with Boba, he needs Professional, just because no one is more professional than him.

I feel that we have enough pieces that hits hard and often tbh. I would like Boba to be a versatile finesse piece with weapons against everything and a sneaky bastard that is hard to pin down. My firat thought was cost reduktion, but now I feel that perhaps another defence die, a flamethrower and some missile burst effect would be better. Oh, and a quad surge auto kill. ![]()
I just want to be able to find his model at the regular price.

The FLGS has tons. If you are in the US I'm happy to send you one for $9.99 plus shipping.

Yea mine have been sold out for over a month
Idea for fix.
Lose battle presence and speed by one.
You may preform an additional attack (not sure when) use one of the effects of Battle Discipline you have not used this activation. Also can only use 2 dice.
Maybe give that pierce 1 for free.

I second this 300%. I played a lot of practice games against Boba with Troopers. He was basically untouchable.
