Easy PS11 with dial/action wide open? Don't have to worry about blocks etc.

Except you want Poe to be more expensive because he keeps more points. And it's better to go into a fight with evade and focus instead of just a focus.

Going into a fight TL+Focus at PS11 is pretty nice, too. No, it's not as tanky as Comm Relay Poe. No, that's not a problem.
