Okay, expert squinters, what can we make out of the cards? Here's what I've got:

AT-ST

195 points, Imperial, Heavy, 1 unit

Pilot, Hardpoint x 3, Comms

11 Wounds (an earlier picture said 12, but they changed it), 8 Breakdown

White Defense Die

No Offensive Surge Conversion; Surge --> Block Defensive Surge Conversion

Speed 2

Armor (While defending, cancel all hit results)

Arsenal 2 (While attacking, each attack by this unit can use up to 2 of its weapons)

Weak Point 1: Rear (While defending, if the attacker's unit leader is within your rear arc, the attack pool gains Impact 1)

Fence-Cutting Blades: Melee, Red x 4

MS-4 Twin Blaster Cannon: Range 1-4, Red x 2, Black x 2, White x 2, Fixed: Front, Impact 3

I was interested in how much firepower it takes to destroy an AT-ST. My math may be wrong, so let me know if I am doing it incorrectly. For simplicity's sake, I am assuming that there are no re-rolls. Here are a few examples:

T-47 (using only main guns)

Red x 3, Black x 3, Impact 3

Average Roll of .75 crits and 3 hits (all convert with Impact 3) = 3.75 damage

3.75 reduced to 2.5 with defense dice

4.4 attacks to destroy; 3.2 attacks to cripple

AT-RT (using Laser Cannon upgrade)

Red x 1, Black x 2, Surge --> Crit, Impact 3

Average Roll of .75 crits and 1.375 hits (all convert with Impact 3) = 2.125 damage

2.125 reduced to 1.42 with defense dice

7.75 attacks to destroy; 5.63 attacks to cripple

5 Regular Stormtroopers + HH-12

Black x 3, White x 5, Surge --> Hit, Impact 3

Average Roll of 1 crit and 1.75 hits (all convert with Impact 3) = 2.75 damage

2.75 reduced to 1.83 with defense dice

6.01 attacks to destroy; 4.37 attacks to cripple

5 Regular Stormtroopers (attacking the Rear)

White x 5, Surge --> Hit, Impact 1

Average Roll of .625 crits and 1.25 hits (1 converts with Impact 1) = 1.875 damage

Cripple? Is that what the gear icon is for, where has it been explained?

I think that it was mentioned in one of the GenCon videos that the gear icon represents how many wounds you can take before you suffer a random system failure. One example given was that the vehicle can become immobilized. Unfortunately, there is still much that we do not know.

Oh cool, I've seen three or so demos, but never saw that. It would explain those yellow tokens that come with the AT-ST, AT-RT, and T-47.
