Simultaneous loss

By kiramode, in Legend of the Five Rings: The Card Game

In the case where dishonored charters would cause both players to lose is it a draw or is there an order of operations?

Example: Player A is the first player with 2 honor and Player B has 3 honor.

Player A has 3 dishonored characters leaving play and 0 honored characters. Player B has 4 dishonored characters and 1 honored character. Who wins the game?

4.2. Discard characters with no fate In player order, each player discards each character he or she controls with no fate on it. These characters are discarded one at a time, in the order of the discarding player’s choosing.

I believe this means first player loses.

Was also wondering if you can always have your honored guys die first. Guess that answers that question.

Yep! Answers both of the possible questions!

I knew the second part about discarding player choosing the order, but not about first player doing it first. I actually would have thought it alternated, but I guess not.
