Yes, minefield mapper is basically banned. That wording was to be more consistent with how Biggs is treated in epic, but the way that is worded is stupid, so there's no reason to follow it I don't think

Lists are chosen before the objective - or rather, lists are brought to a tournament, and then a random set of objectives are played throughout the tournament. So effectively yes, you can't build a round one specific objective, because you'll be playing all of them.

ALSO - we found in testing that the last one (7) was too complicated (requires epic ship, lots of extra stuff you'd need at a tournament, etc), so it will likely be scrapped or made separate.
