FFG was kind enough to update the Kotei Series information with legal product for the first few confirmed events in the series. For the Madrid Kotei December 1-3, They've confirmed "For Honor and Glory" will be the most recent legal product. As the tournament regulations document states that there is an 11-day waiting period before new product is legal for Premier events, that means the 2nd pack will have to release no later than November 20th. Since FFG typically releases product on Thursdays, this would put "For Honor and Glory" on a release date of November 16th, and Tears of Amaterasu release on November 9th, the Thursday after Worlds.

Interesting. Also kinda strange that the release dates there are all Fridays instead of Thursdays. Then again, it's weird that the Spanish site has dates but the English site (far as I can tell, anyways) doesn't. Guess that's the trade-off, they get it a day late but get to know ahead of time when it's available?
The Upcoming page confirms that Tears of Amaterasu is shipping now and is scheduled to release November 9!

Dates can always change because stuff can happen but the releases tend to be very close to USA and they only give a specific date when they are really expecting it. Not sure about the friday part but may have to do with distribution model, much like videogame stuff in USA vs Europe.
