Played Smuggled Goods with Ahsoka and NEW Vader last night. This states that when carrying goods figure has -2 speed. We decided that DID NOT affect Vaders "at end of round move up to 2 spaces..." or Ahsoka's Force Leap. This made her awesome for retrieving goods, and want to make sure that is the correct. I figured her leap and his 2 space movement have nothing to do with "speed".

Correct.

Speed only affects the "move" action. As in literally using an action for a move action. When you perform a move action you gain movement points equal to speed, which you can then spend.

The Move action allows to perform a move. There are also other abilities that allow to perform a move than the Move action. Performing a move gives the figure movement points equal to the figure's Speed.

Move X spaces and Push X spaces do not use movement points.
