I'd love Deadeye Cassian with Gunner, Tactician, Accuracy Corrector, Munitions Failsafe, and Flechette Torpedoes.
Then I'd weep over how many **** points I spent on the thing.
I think it wouldn't be the worst idea to undo some of the Jumpmaster nerfs that didn't work out. There seems to be some negative reaction based on the amount of errata to keep track of; this would help reduce that issue.

The only ones that do seem high ps enough to not need DEADEYE
For example, bossk and scum boba can make cluster missiles pretty potent (dengar + gchips on bossk ability, boba's ability with someone like 4lom) but they can also take VI pretty easily as they don't need their epts for mods
What has been nerfed cannot be unnerfed.
